It’s a doable way of consuming calories in a controlled fashion that will protect and boost your mitochondrial function so that they are more efficient at making energy.  The mitrochondria produces the energy necessary for your cell’s survival and functioning.  Through a series of chemical reactions, mitrochondria break down glucose into an energy molecule used to fuel various other cellular processes.
